Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Gymnastics/Program Director, the Gymnastics Instructor teaches the gymnastics sessions. The instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and documenting each lesson. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Plan and teach the gymnastics daily sessions - Teach Saturday morning parent & tot and pre-gym classes. - Supervise “open gym” time. - Maintain the gymnastics center in a safe condition. - Report to director any safety issue. - Take care of any pre-session and post-session cleaning/maintenance duties. - Attend scheduled staff meetings. - Execute a written report on any injuries or accidents that occur while on duty. - Supervise a birthday party according to the guidelines set forth in the manual. - Arrive on time, dressed professionally and well-groomed each and every day. - Responsible for upholding all staff safety requirements including cleaning protocols throughout the day, as required by my department. - Other duties assigned by Supervisor WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this jo...
