Job Summary: The Material Receiving Clerk processes inbound and outbound raw material shipments of scrap to the Element 13 Reclamation facility, ensuring loads are accurately accounted for and properly directed to loading/unloading areas of the facility. This position will support the 6x toll programs with inbound and outbound material movements as well as receiving material at multiple outside locations. Responsibilities: Perform inbound receiving and outbound shipment duties as follows: Weigh trucks in/out as they arrive per schedule of deliveries Direct truck drivers to proper loading/unloading areas of the facility Verify accuracy of paperwork records versus sales and purchase orders Directly responsible for receiving and entering receipts in SAP for all trucks on given shift (~50 trucks and 1.5Mlbs) Enter data into production systems to ensure accuracy of weights, shipments, etc. As we pay based on entered receipts, 100% accuracy in data entry is required.
