Overview The mission of Helio Heath, Inc. is to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. Helio Health is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselo r for our Elements Program in Liverpool, New York to assist clients in achieving a recovery lifestyle and meet the vocational rehabilitation needs of clients. Hours : M-F 8am-4:30pm: Pay: $23.00/hr. - $25.58/hr. In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500 ! Responsibilities: - Provides individual and group vocational counseling services to include: - Assessment of vocational and educational assessments. - Facilitates referrals for additional vocational assessments. - Treatment planning. - Expressive and experiential therapy modalities. - Didactic Lectures. - Provides job preparation and ongoing job development training. - Discharge planning. - Record-keeping. - Works with community organizations and agencies to enhance Vocational and Living Skills programming.
