Collaborates on general departmental responsibilities with the Mediation Manager for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. This is an independent administrative role requiring heavy public contact in Mediation for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Division under the supervision of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Director.
