Job Description: Main activities The jobholder will be responsible for leading systems engineering activities associated with the design and development of SatCom Antenna Terminals and sub systems, for ground and airborne applications, with emphasis on reflector and phased array antennas. The Satcom Antenna Lead Engineer primary tasks will be the following - Lead the overall design, development and qualification/certification of a product (or a family of products) to satisfy customer and regulatory requirements and programme cost and schedule needs. - Responsible for technical definition, engineering deliverables, schedule, cost, quality and risk management aspects up to final customer acceptance. - Coordinate and perform systems engineering tasks throughout the lifecycle of programs or R&D projects. - Coordinate and perform design to requirements and design to manufacturing activities - Coordinate and Perform antenna design - Support production, integrated logistics and customer - Support and assure continuous safe operations. - Support anomalies investigations to identify root causes. - Support Lesson Learned sessions Education/Training: Essential : Desirable : Experience: Essent...
