Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients - 5 years of experience in identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes. - Experience in vendor operations management (or overseeing vendor operations programs). Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree. - 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions. - Experience in program management on cross-functional projects.
