You’ll love this role if you're used to juggling multiple files, chasing updates and keeping customers informed when timelines matter. Maybe you're working in property management or real estate admin, organising repairs, following up trades, updating tenants or owners and keeping records tight so nothing slips through the cracks. In this role, that same rhythm continues, but the work carries more responsibility because you’re guiding customers after damage to their home. Most days involve managing several claims at once. You'll review documents, organise repairs, respond to customer calls and keep everything moving through structured workflows. Some customers will be calm. Others will be stressed because their home has been damaged. Staying organised, clear and steady matters just as much as empathy. With paid training and ongoing support, you grow your capability while helping our customers get back on track.
