Job description
As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a high-impact technical advisor to several internal organizations. This position is expected to lead technical discovery and architect solutions for more complex, high-value customer engagements. You will act as the bridge between sales, product, and partner teams to ensure Weave’s offerings solve unique business challenges and drive revenue growth. Reports to: Sr. Manager, Solution Architects What You Will Own: Advanced Sales Enablement: Actively lead technical discovery and product demonstrations in customer sales meetings, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value. Strategic Resource Development: Design, build, and maintain a library of sophisticated sales enablement tools, including interactive walkthroughs, technical one-pagers, and specialized AE demo environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Success Teams (PST) to provide "voice of the customer" feedback, influencing the product roadmap based on field insights.
