Job description

Role Summary: The Warehouse Manager will oversee our warehouse operations (Shipping, Receiving and Stockroom) for our Automation & Control Valve business unit, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, materials, and finished product. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a smooth supply chain, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity in this site. Responsibilities: Requirements : Preferred : - Manage the Shipping, Receiving, Stockroom areas. - Implement and maintain optimal warehouse layout and organization, ensuring efficient materials flow and adherence to safety protocols. - Direct and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management to foster a high-performing team. - Develop, implement, and monitor inventory management strategies, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. - Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as Oracle, to track inventory levels, manage orders, and generate reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, sales,...
