Who are we looking for? As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Alpha business within your territory. Your mission is to identify and win new target accounts, strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and distributors, and develop new opportunities with existing clients. You will promote Alpha solutions in your market while providing initial technical support and acting as a key interface between customers and the organization. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director (RCD), you will contribute to the commercial strategy by sharing structured market insights, including competitor activities, pricing levels and evolving customer needs. What will you be doing?: In close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director (RCD), you will lead the commercial development of your territory and ensure the execution of Alpha’s strategy. Your responsibilities include: Defining and implementing market strategies for new and existing product lines, including pricing policies, distribution strategies and new product introductions.
