Responsibilities: CLINICAL COMPETENCE : Optimal patient care outcomes from drug therapy are ensured through clinical pharmacy services. Such services are age appropriate, for neonates, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients, performed when needed through direct contact with the patient, and in direct association with or in support of health care providers. WORK FLOW/PRODUCTIVITY : Accurate, efficient quality medication-related care is ensured by utilization of positive management techniques in supervision coordination and assignment of appropriate personnel.
