We’re building a high‑performance customer experience and retention function that supports our clinics across Queensland and Victoria and national telehealth patients. As a Retention Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening patient loyalty and returns, improving service satisfaction, and driving long‑term commercial outcomes.
