About the role: MSS Security is seeking a Security Concierge to join our team at a corporate site in Docklands for a 7-week assignment commencing in July, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, assisting visitors and staff with enquiries and day-to-day site operations. This position is Monday to Friday on day shift. Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting and assisting visitors and staff General administrative duties: Access card programming, assigning cards and managing access using Gallagher Responding to emails and handling phone enquiries Requirements: Full Australian working rights Valid Victorian Security License: Valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or Willing to obtain) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confide...
