Manages daily tasks of Certified Peer Recovery Supporters as they work with clients to enhance their recovery, assisting clients in developing self-regulation, interpersonal skills, and appropriate behavioral responses in residential and community settings. The Supervisor is responsible for general oversight, as well as conducting routine supervisions, employee placement and development, as well as clinical quality and documentation.
