HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: - Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees) - Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs, recommend changes, and implement improvements - Partner with broader HR team in the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes - Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions and complaints - Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development, and to minimize risk for the business - Provide operational guidance, information, and direction on low-risk employee relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functions - Counsel and assist employees and managers, guided by the Company’s policies and relevant laws/regulations - Work with front-line managers and above to implem...
