Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, ESG Risk What’s the role?: You’ll help shape how Westpac understands and manages sustainability risks, ensuring we’re well positioned to respond to changing expectations across climate, social and nature-related issues. Working within our Line 2 risk function, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening frameworks, policies and practices that guide how ESG risks are identified and managed across the Group. You’ll partner closely with teams across the bank, including Group Sustainability and divisional ESG teams, providing trusted advice, oversight and constructive challenge. From contributing to deep-dive reviews of emerging risk themes to helping lift ESG risk capability across the business, your work will support better, more informed decision-making. This is a permanent, full-time role ideally based Sydney (also open to Melbourne), with flexible working options available.
