POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, the Compensation & Benefits Specialist supports the delivery and governance of compensation and benefits programs across St. Joseph’s Health System. The role provides analytical, technical, and administrative expertise, including advanced data reporting, audits, job evaluations, and system updates to ensure alignment with the organization’s total rewards philosophy. The Specialist plays a key control function in position management, salary administration, and HRIS data integrity while supporting wage increases, benefit premium adjustments, pension administration, and disability management. Working collaboratively with HR, Payroll, consultants, and benefit carriers, the incumbent resolves compensation issues, conducts costings, and implements program changes. QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and/or relevant field required •Certification or working towards CHRP, CHRL, CEBS, CCP preferred •Membership with Human Resource Professional Association (HRPA) preferred •Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits/total rewards administration for a large,...
