Key Account Sales Team Lead – Milan Location: Milan, Italy | Team: EU GTM – Sales IT | Type: Full-time, Office-first Team description: Our Italy Sales team is one of the fastest-growing commercial teams at SumUp, and the Outbound function sits right at the centre of that growth. In less than six months, we've built a team of Account Executives from the ground up — focused on mid-market merchants — and now we're ready to scale it further. This role exists to give that team the leadership it needs: someone who can coach individuals to perform at their best, hold the team accountable to clear targets, and help shape the outbound strategy as we grow.
