Job description
The Product Support Engineer serves as a technical subject matter expert for LPG and NH₃ valve products, supporting customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal operations. This role bridges engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure product performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do: - Develop and execute engineering change orders within PLM database. - Investigate product performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions. - Support New Product Development (NDP) & New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts including validation testing and technical training. - Execute product improvements and design changes based on voice of customer. - Participate in Continuous Improvement activities through Gemba walks, root cause analysis, and other cost saving initiatives. - Contribute to cost reduction and VAVE initiatives. - Support on-site troubleshooting as required. - Serve on a team of product experts for pressure relief valves, internal valves, excess flow valves, and related LPG/NH₃ components. - Assist with custom configurations and application-specific solutions. - Support development and maintenance of...
