Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Administrative Manager, this position advises our continuing undergraduate MAE students (sophomore – senior standing) on a wide range of academic issues, assists with the planning and development of signature advising programs, and will make recommendations to the MAE administrative team and Department Chair as needed. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Preferred Education: Master's Degree Master's degree in Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or other appropriate field. Required Experience: 2+ years experience in student advising, supervision or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience: 2+ years experience advising students at the college or university level, preferably in engineering or similar discipline. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems.
