We are looking for an experienced L3: Warehouse Lead , based in Huntsville, AL to plan, direct and coordinate the operations at the facility. It's an exciting time to join the DP World team! About the Role: How you will contribute: Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. - Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. - Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. - Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required. - Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy. - Provide leadership...
