Job DetailsJob Location: Blackberry Farm - Walland, TN 37886Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayThe painter will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of interior and exterior painted or treated wall and ceiling surfaces, in a manner that preserves the five-star appearance of Blackberry Farm’s 4,200 acres of campus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Painting & caulking: Preparing walls and surfaces for painting, including sanding, pressure washing, and cleaning agent applications Minor sheetrock installation, patching and repair Light to minimal furniture restoration, i.e., sanding, staining, treating, and finishing Minor wall treatment repair, i.e., wallpaper border repair, wallpaper seam repair and patching Mold and mildew abatement and treatment Maintaining current supply inventories, as well as, paint color, texture, and finish schedules Some general maintenance Ensuring a clean and safe work environment during and after final completion of work.
