Job Title: Production Operator (Temp hire) Pay rate: $26.50/hour: Role & Responsibilities: · Performance of various manual labor tasks in factory environment. · Follow established safety rules. · Must be willing and able to learn equipment operation from instruction and self study. · Able to interpret verbal and written instructions. · Possess basic communication and problem solving skills. · Open to shiftwork, weekends, and overtime as required. · Participation in workplace organization and 5S Initiatives. · Willingness to support and/or participate on continuous improvement projects. Qualifications & Requirements: · This is a temporary position for a fixed duration. · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Positions are typically extended to students to assist with meeting school expenses. · Ability to meet the essential physical requirements of the position. · Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
