Title: Greeter Reports to: Manager: Summary of Position: You hold one of the most important positions at Merriman’s. You are the first person the guest encounters upon entering the restaurant. In most cases the guests’ experience starts when calling on the phone. All guests’ experiences will begin and end with their interaction at the host stand. Always be smiling and have a friendly demeanor. It is of critical importance that the dining experience at Merriman’s begins on a positive note and guests leave having been thanked for joining us. “Make the first and last impression”.
