Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients across multiple care settings, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to promote recovery, independence, and wellness. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services for inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed (subacute) patients. Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
