Job description

STV is seeking a BIM Manager to join our Digital Advisory team within the Centers of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong Autodesk expertise ,, and will provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) workflows for complex infrastructure and building projects. This position will help ensure efficient coordination, high-quality deliverables, and successful project execution. Responsibilities include: Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design and constructability issues. Provide hands-on support for Autodesk software suite, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance. Develop and maintain enterprise digital libraries, templates, and scripts to support BIM workflows. Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements. Interface with clients to define BIM deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed-upon protocols. Mentor junior team members in BIM best practices through formal and informal training sessions.
