PROJECT MANAGER - DISASTER RECOVERY, HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ICF’s Justice, Workforce, Preparedness & Community Development group works to improve Americans’ lives through strategic consulting support, technical assistance, product development, and program implementation. We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER candidate to join the Housing and Community Development team at ICF who is enthusiastic about solving social issues related to disaster recovery, community development, and building the capacity of state, territorial, and local governments to administer disaster recovery programs. ICF seeks a self-motivated Project Manager - Disaster Recovery, Housing and Community Development Training and Technical Assistance to be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team in leading technical assistance and capacity building efforts for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development as part of the Community Compass Technical Assistance program.
