In this role, you operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer contact. You ensure financial accuracy, follow up on payments, and support both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. You play a key role in identifying and resolving discrepancies in automated processes and act as a bridge between finance, operations, and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong content knowledge, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to maintain overview.
