Description At Nevada Heart and Vascular Center (NHVC) the Cardiovascular Technician (CVT) , under the direction of the Nurse Manager, and clinic physicians is primarily tasked with ensuring the safe delivery of non-invasive cardiac testing and monitoring. In this clinical role, the CVT will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and performing diagnostic testing of the cardiovascular system to aid in the discovery and treatment of heart and blood vessel disorders. Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: · Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) certification and training from an accredited institution. o May be EMT based on experience and resources available. · Current BLS and ACLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association · General computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications. · Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills. · Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment. · Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff, physicians, and all levels of management...
