Position Title Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator - Infusion Services South KC Medical Pavilion: Position Summary / Career Interest: Join our Pharmacy team! This new Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator position will provide clinical support for Outpatient Non-Oncology and Home Infusion services teams. The Pharmacist Coordinator provides comprehensive collaborative pharmaceutical care for patients. This consists of ensuring drug therapy that results in safe, effective, and cost-conscious use of pharmaceuticals. Must demonstrate excellent interdisciplinary communication and exhibit strong educational and precepting skills. This also includes education of healthcare professionals, guideline and protocol development, and implementation and analysis of data and outcomes. Through these activities, this position will support and expand clinical pharmacists' ability to perform daily monitoring of specific patients or regimens in relation to clinical area of expertise.
