A Box Office Ticket Seller is responsible for assisting guests with all their Caesars Entertainment ticketing needs. A ticket seller is a resource for all guest’s questions and responsible for answering with an upbeat and positive attitude. A ticket seller is the first interaction for hospitality and first line of defense for improving the guest experience. Ticket seller will always create and maintain a positive work environment, initiate a professional, friendly and helpful guest interaction both internal and external. - Proficient with the ticketing system - Process show ticket transactions for guests - Promoting and suggesting Cross Property shows and attractions - Suggesting Caesars Entertainment offerings across all properties such as Food & Beverage and Total Rewards - Assist guests with questions about the city and Caesars Entertainment properties - Responsible for being informed about current events within the hotel in which they work and other CET properties to assist guests - Acts a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests - Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external) - Anticipating guests show needs and exc...
