Nokia is expanding its existing Electrical Engineering team and is seeking candidates to work in RF domain. We are looking for a HW Engineer , PA - Engineer specializing in RF P ower A mplifier design. Responsibilities for candidates: Be responsible for RF P ower A mplifier design, simulation, and verification for Nokia radio products. Create RF PA specification, testability, and documentation. You have: - BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering or similar - Experience of RF hardware designs and topologies – preferable PA designs - Good knowledge of RF Power transistor technologies and practical experience in RF simulation tools - Understanding of Digital Pre-Distortion operation Nice to have skills/experience: Final job title and grade will be assessed upon CV and interview result.
