The Director, Growth Lead is responsible for driving long-term, sustainable growth through new customers, new products, and new business development opportunities. This role leads the Application Engineering organization and owns the Europe Auto Innovation Framework, ensuring strong alignment across Engineering, Business Development, and the Product organization. The Director, Growth Lead acts as a strategic integrator, sharing deep market, customer, and application insights with the Product organization to enable the translation of those insights into product concepts, business cases, and roadmap inputs. A core element of the role is building, maintaining, and strengthening trusted relationships with both existing and new strategic customers, recognizing that strong customer engagement is essential for sustainable growth and innovation.
