Senior Product Support Engineer

Job description

PURPOSE: This role is to provide mechanical and/or electrical application technical support for internal and external customers. This position requires creativity, innovation, product design knowledge, and product application evaluation and research. A successful candidate will be creative in the aspects of design and problem-solving utilizing engineering first principles with an emphasis on advanced systems analysis and solutions while mentoring throughout the organization.
