Job description

Job Title: Reliability & Maintenance Engineer Summary: Ensure the optimal management, the availability and reliability of assets. Plan preventive and predictive maintenance in a way that minimizes maintenance costs and equipment downtime to ensure that plant operations run effectively and efficiently. The job includes measuring performance of critical assets, managing related data, implementing maintenance tasks, and identifying root causes for failures to improve reliability. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Include: Apply methods and techniques to achieve world-class maintenance and drive the operational excellence. Propose changes to improve the reliability of machines and maintenance carried out. Develop Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new and existing assets, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and recommend corrective actions. Measure performance of critical assets, identify root causes for failures, manage related data, and implement maintenance tasks to improve reliability.
