About the role The Vice President, State Product Management is a senior leader within the Product organization, reporting directly to the SVP, Product Management. This role serves as the accountable product leader for assigned state portfolios, with full ownership of state-level P&L performance, including growth, profitability, and retention . The Vice President defines and leads the state-level portfolio strategy required to maximize growth while deliver ing sustainable performance. This includes setting state-specific growth and profitability priorities, determining competitive positioning, sequencing pricing and underwriting actions, and ensuring disciplined execution of product and rate initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.
