Job Description Summary: This position reports to the Human Resource Plant Manager and is located in Hobart NY. This position is responsible for all human resource generalist functions to include recruiting, employee relations, compensation administration, position description development, compliance, and investigations. In addition to HR Generalist responsibilities this position will have a emphasis on training and development of HR related curriculum.
