***SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! ***: HealthPartners is currently hiring for a CMA/LPN for our Wabasha location in primary care. The required qualifications for the LPN position include: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current LPN licensure in Minnesota. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling. One year working experience as an LPN is preferred. - Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable. The LPN position responsibilities include: Identify common and recurring nursing needs of the patient. Recognize the need for and perform routine office procedures and testing in the ambulatory care setting. Assist patients to achieve basic health care goals. Identify patient education needs, provide instruction and refer appropriately. Document observations, actions and patient outcomes. Provide safe, accurate and linically competent direct care to patients and families. Recognize patient’s abnormalities or urgent problems and seek appropriate assistance.
