Job DetailsJob Location: PEORIA ZOO - PEORIA, IL 61603Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $22.50 HourlyDuties: Under the supervision of the Manager of Food Services, the Assistant Manager of Food Services will be responsible for the following: Manages concession operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager. Supervises subordinate staff, including training and directing. Assists in scheduling and evaluating as needed. Services as on-site observer, as needed, to maintain quality control of concession operations. Opens and closed registers and prepare daily paperwork. Assists with inventory and ordering as needed. Ensures guest concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Follow all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Support all aspects of the Park District's safety program. Performs all other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: The work requires periodic physical exertion in handling supplies, equipment, and materials typical of the hospitality industry.
