Company Description Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Ohio for the past 30 years Job Description: Position: Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office) Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road Rate of Pay : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Fri: Duties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including: - Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards - Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections. - Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees. - Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups. - Replenish supplies - Maintain and repair equipment - Fill in for absent employees. - Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution - Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports - Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards...
