As the Director – Operations, you will be responsible for the performance of all operational functions of a large, complex location, or multiple remote locations. You will provide strategic leadership to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality. You will partner with leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, and all business units to drive continuous improvement. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead a fast-paced, highly complex Wesco distribution and services facility in Reno. The ideal leader brings strong logistics and supply-chain experience, drives change, manages diverse teams, makes sound business decisions, and builds a positive, accountable culture while delivering operational excellence.
