Job Specification: Vice President, Technology (QA Lead — Automation & Quality Engineering) Hands-on QA leader for enterprise applications with deep Selenium automation, strong manual testing discipline, UI/API/performance testing expertise, and multi-stack experience across .NET and Java. Position Summary: The Vice President, Technology (QA Lead) will define and drive the quality engineering strategy and execution for mission-critical enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical depth in test automation using Selenium, comprehensive manual testing capabilities, and proven experience validating both UI and API layers. The successful candidate will establish modern QA practices, partner closely with engineering and product teams, and ensure high confidence releases through measurable quality outcomes.
