Requisition ID: 65273 Title: Leave Specialist II Arthrex Human Resources team in Ave Maria is currently recruiting for a Leave Specialist II to support our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for administering all types of leaves of absence (LOA), including family and medical leave, paid parental leave, military leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, and both short term and long term disability. The Leaves team partners closely with the company’s disability carriers to ensure employees receive accurate pay while on leave and to maintain consistent, compliant absence management aligned with company standards and industry best practices. We are seeking candidates with a strong interest in Leave administration and a passion for supporting employees throughout the leave process This role operates in a high volume environment, requiring a candidate with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
