The training position is designed to prepare you for a front-line supervisory position in our Service department, within 18-30 months, depending on performance and position availability. Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year (no bonus potential) Responsibilities: As a Supervisor In Training, you will: - Gain a deeper understanding of all operational aspects of the Service department - Lead by example and provide performance coaching, training, and mentorship to team members - Learn administrative procedures related to supervising (payroll, scheduling, interviewing and hiring and performance management. - Learn more about the systems, reports, metrics and data that drive our business Responsibilities learned and performed in first 6-12 months: - Regularly shadow an experienced Supervisor or individual as key tasks and topics come up - Assist in motivating, training, guiding, and counseling team members within assigned departments to increase productivity and accuracy. - Complete required online technology...
