This role will have a hybrid work schedule with the expectation of working from the Charlotte, NC office. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship. Architecture Leadership & Governance: - Understand the GS Commercial Lines business products and ensure that the IT portfolio effectively supports and enables these products for the business. - Works with the Global Specialty CIO, extended IT leaders, business, and IT support teams to develop and maintain technical strategies and roadmaps that are aligned with the segment’s strategic direction to ensure that capabilities required by the business are enabled. - Define and govern enterprise architecture standards to ensure consistency across Global Specialty platforms. - Be a key technical contributor to the GenAI/AI uplift, acceleration, and execution in the Gl...
