Job Description: Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Fusion GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst leads the Business Systems Analysis function and is accountable for functional solution design, Oracle Cloud Fusion enablement, and cross-functional integration across enterprise systems. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, guiding the organization through the transition from SAP to Oracle Cloud Fusion, and ensuring high-quality delivery across global operations. The Senior Manager serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, PMO, and development teams, while providing leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of Business Systems Analysts.
