Job Title: Machinist I (2nd shift) Job Description: Machinist – 2nd Shift Entegris is currently seeking a Machinist to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to producing components used in our Ultra High Purity Systems . This position will fabricate various stainless-steel components per engineering specifications , this may include cutting, facing, and de-burring . These tasks will be accomplished by using vertical bandsaws, CNC cold cut saws, porta band saws, roto bur tools, files, tube facing tools and wash tanks . This position is expected to always operate in a safe manner and comply with all applicable work instructions. ***This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday – Friday, 3pm-11:30pm . What You’ll Do: - Works from instructions, drawings, and lists of various tube diameters and lengths with supervision. - Use SAP to print drawings and tube cut lists. - Cut, prepare, and bend tubes per drawings. - Ability to follow verbal instructions. - Follow engineering specifications to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner. - Performs routine, repetitive operations and...
