The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of IT Service Management, the Lead,Technology Resilience is a critical role responsible for strengthening WorkCover’s ability to respond to and recover from disruption across its technology environment. You will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of disaster recovery (DR) and ICT continuity frameworks across the organisation. You will ensure governance, policies and recovery strategies are aligned to enterprise risk and regulatory requirements, while enabling technology services to remain resilient, secure and recoverable. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations.
