Job Description Summary: The Director of Infrastructure Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for all run state technology services that support the healthcare enterprise. This role oversees the day-to-day reliability, performance, and lifecycle management of core infrastructure domains—including network, telecommunications, compute platforms, storage, databases, and endpoint technologies. Working in close partnership with peer directors responsible for design, engineering, and build functions, this leader ensures that infrastructure solutions are not only well architected but also consistently delivered, supported, and optimized to meet the needs of clinicians, staff, and patients.
