Greenfield Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech I to join their team in Hopkins, MN . As the Maintenance Tech 1, you'll work to assure resident satisfaction, convenience, and safety through the regular upkeep of the property/community, which includes property preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, and inspection on a timely basis. Working Hours: Typically, FT 40, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm . Property office hours may vary from property to property. The Maintenance Tech 1 may be required to work beyond the normal schedule. On-call is required and on a rotating basis of 1 week every 3 weeks.
